About the Role
As a Legal Counsel, you will support senior legal colleagues in providing legal advisory services to Fondia’s clients across various areas of business law. This role is well suited for a motivated lawyer who wants to develop strong practical legal skills, gain exposure to different types of legal matters, and grow within a international modern legal services organization. The role is based in Vilnius.
Key Responsibilities
Analyzing documents and information received from clients and identifying relevant legal issues;
Assisting senior colleagues in drafting legal documents, including contracts, claims, court procedural documents, and corporate documentation;
Conducting legal research, including case-law analysis and review of applicable legislation.
What We Are Looking For /What makes you a great fit
A Master’s degree in Law;
Knowledge of Lithuanian law
Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal advisory or a similar legal role;
Motivation to learn, improve, and develop as a legal professional;
Experience or strong interest in drafting legal documents, including court procedural documents;
Ability to analyse legal regulation and apply it in practice;
Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken;
Good attention to detail and ability to work with legal documentation;
Responsible, structured, and proactive working style;
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have/It is considered an advantage
Experience in a law firm or in-house legal team;
Experience in data protection matters and interest or willingness to develop into the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO);
Interest in business law, corporate law, or employment law;
Willingness to take increasing responsibility over time.

Competitive compensation: monthly gross salary ranging from EUR 2200 EUR to EUR 2500, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure (final offer depends on experience and expertise).
